Petra Sea Resort is the largest residential complex project in Batumi.

The name Petra Sea Resort is taken from the location where the decision was made to design and build this project. Nearby is the Petra Fortress, one of the main attractions of Adjara.

It is located at a distance of 15 km from the centre of Batumi, in the resort village of Kobuleti, which is famous for some of the longest and cosiest beaches in the region.
